Accountancy and tax advisory firm HaysMac has announced the promotions of Lotte Williams, Nicky Dockree and Jackson Berry to director positions.
The trio’s appointments form part of HaysMac’s strategy to strengthen leadership across its sector teams and reflect its emphasis on developing internal talent.
Williams joined the firm in 2014 and leads its retail and ecommerce team. She specialises in advising scale-up and high-growth businesses on audit and assurance, with a focus on multi-entity structures, international operations and private equity stakeholders.
Dockree, who joined in 2016, works in the hospitality team, advising clients in the hotel, restaurant, leisure and pub sectors. She has a background in audit and supports owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed groups and AIM-listed firms.
Meanwhile, Berry became part of HaysMac in 2021 and plays a key role in its social purpose team. He advises charities, social enterprises and professional bodies on audit, compliance and strategy.
Natasha Frangos, managing partner at Haysmac, said: “Lotte, Nicky and Jackson are outstanding professionals who have grown with the firm and embody the values we stand for. Their promotions are richly deserved and reflect the calibre of leadership we are building as we look ahead to the next phase of our growth.”
The promotions follow a rebrand and recent accolades for HaysMac, including recognition in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 list and a listing in eprivateclient’s Top Accountancy Firms 2024.
