RSM UK has appointed new office managing partners in Manchester, Preston and Stoke as part of a leadership reshuffle in the North West.
Kevin Duffy takes over as managing partner of the Manchester office, in addition to his role as regional managing partner.
He succeeds Eric Solomons, who led the office for seven years and will remain a senior partner in Manchester with a portfolio of high-profile clients.
In Stoke, Adam Krupski has been appointed office managing partner. Krupski joined RSM in 2006 as a trainee and brings 16 years of experience in audit, accounting and business advisory.
He specialises in the automotive, manufacturing and retail sectors and leads the firm’s regional manufacturing sector group.
He takes over from Anne Lakin, who has worked in the Stoke office since joining as a graduate in 2002.
Meanwhile, Karen Musgrave becomes managing partner in Preston. She joined the firm in 2003 and has extensive experience advising owner-managed businesses and not-for-profit organisations, including colleges and charities.
Krupski and Musgrave join Duffy and Graham Bond, who leads the Liverpool and Chester offices, to form the refreshed North West leadership team.
Duffy said: “I’d like to thank Anne and Eric for their huge contribution and the role they have played in our success. We have achieved so much as a business in the region, particularly in recent years, and Anne and Eric have been instrumental to what we have done.
“I’m excited about Karen and Adam joining our leadership team and I know they will help to drive the next stage of growth for our regional business – building on the success to date.”
He added: “We are committed to supporting our people to grow, and we have a culture which empowers our people to shape their own careers, with the right training and support in place to help them succeed.
“It’s great to see two of our people come right through the business to take on leadership roles in Stoke and Preston – acting as real role models to our teams showing that whatever your ambitions, you can shape your career here at RSM.”
