Crowe promotes Mark Holborow to insolvency and restructuring partner

Professional services firm Crowe has promoted Mark Holborow to insolvency and restructuring partner, effective from 1 July 2025. Holborow joined Crowe in 2022 as a director and has nearly 20 years’ experience in insolvency and restructuring, having previously worked at ‘Big Four’ and mid-tier firms. He specialises in advising businesses in financial distress, with a focus on avoiding formal insolvency where possible. He works with accountants, lawyers and institutional investors to help clients assess restructuring options and protect creditors’ interests. Holborow advises a broad range of clients, from start-ups to large national companies and non-profit organisations. He is a licensed insolvency practitioner with experience in administrations, creditors’ voluntary liquidations, company voluntary arrangements and members’ voluntary liquidations. His promotion follows a series of strategic partner appointments at Crowe and reflects the firm’s growth strategy and focus on client service.
