Cross-border advisory firm Quantuma has been appointed by Indonesian property developer Modernland Realty as realisation agent to procure asset sales following the property developer’s recent debt restructuring.

Quantuma’s International lead and managing director, Luke Furler is leading the project and is working closely with Modernland’s leadership team and its financial advisors, Kroll, to develop and implement a comprehensive programme of activity to support the required divestments.

The appointment follows Modernland’s recent debt restructuring which was implemented in March 2025 through a Singapore court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement.

Quantuma recently also completed the  sale of Cambridgeshire-based, commercial print and direct mail company Premier Communications (Peterborough) Limited out of administration

This pre-pack sale secured the future of the business and protected 17 jobs. All 17 staff have been transferred to the purchases, PremCom UK Ltd, under TUPE regulations.

Furler said: “I am very pleased to be taking on this new role to procure asset sales for Modernland Realty.

“We are in ongoing discussions with leading real estate agents and valuers to take this forward in a timely fashion. With Quantuma’s strategic connections and multi-disciplinary skillsets, we are confident in delivering the required results for all stakeholders.”
