Buzzacott has advised Dean Curran of Novastone Capital Advisors (NCA) on the group’s acquisition of Active-PCB Solutions Limited.
The accountancy firm provided financial and tax due diligence, transaction advisory and structuring services.
This is the third UK acquisition by a NCA entrepreneur, and second acquisition by Dean Curran, having completed the acquisition of Garner Osborne Circuits Limited in July of last year.
Buzzacott has assisted on all three NCA UK acquisitions to date.
The financial due diligence and transaction team was made up of partner Alex Judd and associate director George Thresh, and the tax due diligence team consisted of partner Alastair McQuater; associate director Adam Chick; director Kam Chauhan; supervisor Nicholas Lee; and senior manager Kazia Kruszewski.
Active-PCB is a UK-based PCB assembly and electronics manufacturing services company in Reading. This deal will form a new group of side-by-side businesses with Garner Osborne Circuits Limited.
