Hazelwoods completes M&A deals worth over £1.2bn in 2024

While 20% of the transactions related to companies based in the South West, 80% of the deals had a national or overseas buyer or seller

Hazelwoods has revealed that it completed M&A transactions worth more than £1.2bn in 2024.

This represents a year-on-year increase in both volume and worth with the number of deals rising by 20% compared to 2023.

These transactions came in the form of 134 deals across business sales, acquisitions, and growth funding for company expansion.
