Bright Software Group has announced the acquisition of company secretarial software Inform Direct.
Inform Direct is widely recognised for its cloud-based platform, which simplifies the management of company statutory records.
Each year, over 20,000 accountants and SMEs rely on Inform Direct’s software.
The addition of Inform Direct to Bright significantly strengthens its portfolio of software solutions for accountants, bookkeepers, SMEs, and payroll bureaus.
