TMF Group has announced the appointment of Gareth Casement as its new head of loan administration, reporting to the firm’s head of global solutions, Daniel Max.

He brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in client service delivery across fund accounting and custody roles.

Casement joins TMF Group from a large global bank, where he previously set up and managed its EMEA loans team.

As the head of loan administration, Casement will be responsible for developing and implementing the global loan administration strategy.

Max said: “Loan administration is a natural add-on to TMF Group’s scope of services. By making loan administration a standalone service, we’ve enhanced our product offering and become a one-stop shop for existing and future clients.

“This is confirmed by TMF Group’s commitment to investing in the latest technology solutions to support both the expansion of our loan administration business and our clients’ needs across services. Gareth will be pivotal in expanding the service and driving innovation.”

Casement added: “I am delighted to be appointed as head of loan administration. TMF Group is a global company with a strong heritage in supporting loan investment managers.

“I look forward to developing our global offering by building and implementing best in class, scalable loan solutions for the benefit of existing and future clients.”
