Consilium reveals internal promotions to senior team

The firm has announced the internal promotions of Paul Donnelly, Duncan McKellar, Martin Kerr, Colin McCrann, Emma Mathieson and Connor Boyd

Glasgow-based Consilium Chartered Accountants has revealed its latest round of internal promotions to the senior management team, which now has two new associate directors. 

Within the firm’s tax department, Paul Donnelly has been promoted to associate directors, having started in 2013 when the company was founded. He will be responsible for expanding the firm’s tax advisory offering alongside tax partner Craig Coyle. 

Also within the tax department, Duncan McKellar has been named senior manager for corporate tax. Formerly a lecturer with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland, McKellar will continue to lead the department’s compliance team. 

Meanwhile Martin Kerr, the firm’s old accounts and business services manager has been promoted to associate director, having joined Consilium in 2014. He will be responsible for an increased portfolio of clients, as well as the firm’s cloud accounting services. 

Colin McCrann has also been promoted to manager in the firm’s corporate finance offering, where he will continue to focus on the growth of Consilium’s transaction services offering. 

In addition, within audit, ICAS Foundation alumni Emma Mathieson and Connor Boyd will both take up roles as audit supervisors.
