FRP has recently announced the promotion of three employees to the role of partner

Ryan Symonds and James Cooper, both based in the Norwich office, have been promoted within the corporate finance team, while Preston-based Gary Hargreaves has been promoted within the restructuring advisory practice.

The new partners are among a 33-strong cohort of FRP employees promoted across the firm’s national network, including six new directors. The cohort includes employees from across FRP’s corporate finance, restructuring advisory, financial advisory, debt advisory and forensic services practices, as well as the central services team.

Some 15 employees have been promoted within the restructuring advisory practice, while corporate finance has promoted five partners.

The promotions represent the latest milestone in FRP’s growth, having added nine new offices since listing on AIM in 2020 and acquiring a series of restructuring and corporate finance businesses.

James French, chief operating officer at FRP, said: “It’s extremely rewarding to see so many colleagues progressing their career at FRP – seizing on the opportunities presented by our growth and evolution in recent years.

“We are entering into a critical 12 months for the UK economy, where clients will be relying on us to provide guidance that will shape their prospects and their direction for the future. It’s a pleasure to know that they will continue to be guided and supported by some of our industry’s most experienced and promising advisers.”
