Shaw Gibbs continues expansion with the acquisition of DNG

Shaw Gibbs has announced the acquisition of Northampton-based accountancy firm DNG as it continues its expansion.

Shaw Gibbs stated that DNG will bring a “wealth of expertise and a dedicated team of professionals” to the firm.

This acquisition is the fourth that Shaw Gibbs have made in the last six months, resulting in a 260 person-strong practice based over six offices located in Oxford, Basingstoke, Farnham, London, Northampton and Woking.
