Accountancy firm Buzzacott has revealed it advised on the acquisition of NBC Environment Limited by Rollins.
The firm said the purchase represents the continued investment by Rollins into the UK pest control market to “further strengthen and enhance their geographical position in this key market”. NBC Environment has grown considerably over the past three years and will look to continue this trajectory as part of the wider Rollins Group.
NBC Environment is a national pest control provider specialising in bird control and ethical solutions to wildlife risks across the UK. It works with their corporate clients to ensure that the services provided are not just in keeping with the latest legislation but also that the sustainability and brand image of their clients is maintained.
Rollins are a global consumer and commercial pest control specialists servicing over 70 countries through its leading brands including Orkin, HomeTeam Pest Defence, Clark Pest Control, Northwest Exterminating, McCall Service, Trutech, Critter Control, Western Pest Services, Waltham Services and many more.
Buzzacott said “Across our mergers and acquisitions and transaction services teams, we are seeing more and more acquisitive US companies looking to enter the UK market.”
