BDO strengthens advisory team with new appointment
Rowan will utilise his experience of working with private equity backed businesses and support transactions on both buy and sell side
Accountancy and business advisory firm, BDO LLP has strengthened its advisory team with the appointment of new mergers and acquisitions partner Jonathan Rowan to be based in London.
Rowan joins BDO to lead the firm’s commercial due diligence offering in the technology, media and telecoms sector (TMT).
It revealed Rowan has over 20 years of experience working in the TMT sector and has spent time working across “various areas” of mergers and acquisitions including strategy and consulting.
According to the firm, Rowan will also utilise his experience of working with private equity backed businesses and support transactions on both buy and sell side.
