UHY Hacker Young’s Manchester office has revealed it has completed a trio of transactions this week. 

The specialist advisory team advised on the following deals:

  • The sale of car retailer, Ringways Motor Group to car dealership, DM Keith
  • The sale of Motordocs Solutions Limited, a digital automotive retail documents specialist to Keyloop, the leading global provider of software solutions to the auto retail industry  
  • The sale of FY Status Investments, owner of Click Dealer, the automotive software and digital services provider to Evolution Funding, the UK’s largest motor finance broker

The transactions were led by David Kendrick, Paul Daly and Helen Cowley, with support from Dominic Eccles, Sam Rotherham, Karen Sherwood, David Critchley, Rebecca Hall and Michelle Dale.

David Kendrick, head of Corporate Finance at UHY Hacker Young Manchester said: “We have worked extremely hard to build the team over the past 8 years and are now seeing the real results come through.
