TC Group has announced the completion of a merger with Bristol-based accountancy practice, Copson Grandfield.
Founded in 2002, Copson Grandfield works with businesses of all sizes, providing advice to support clients in achieving their business or personal objectives.
The group was established via a merger of “two well-known accountancy practices”, and has a history spanning “nearly three decades”.
Richard Keyes, CEO at TC Group, said: “This merger once again boosts our representation in Bristol and the surrounding areas.
“Steve Copson and Bradley Grandfield have spent their careers committed to building strong working relationships and providing first-class services to their clients – an ethos that shall continue at TC.”
The deal follows a spate of recent mergers at TC, including April’s combination with Sykes, Dalby, and Truelove, and March’s Sence Accounting merger.
Copson and Grandfield, founders at the South West accountancy group, said: “This merger with TC represents another step forward for Copson Grandfield as it expands the range of services we can now comprehensively offer.
“Furthermore, TC shares our core values of providing friendly and approachable advice tailored to the specific needs of our clients.”
