HW Fisher has announced the appointment of Carol Rudge as its new head of Not for Profit.

Rudge joins the accountancy firm, bringing over two decades of experience in the Not for Profit sector.

In her new position, Rudge will join HW Fisher’s management team as an equity partner to contribute to, and drive, the firm’s strategy and growth.

Andy Rich, managing partner at the firm, said: “We are looking forward to welcoming Carol to the HW Fisher team.

“Covid continues to be one of the greatest challenges of our lifetimes and for so many of our clients and friends in the NFP sector it has been a tough 12 months – Carol is a leader in her field and I have no doubt that she will bring a new dynamic to help support our existing clients on the road to a strong recovery.”

On her appointment, Rudge said: “I am excited to begin a new chapter with HW Fisher. The sector has had an incredibly difficult year, and I look forward to meeting current and prospective clients and sharing knowledge and experiences as they rebuild and recover.

“My ambition is to make HW Fisher a leading firm within the NFP sector – there is a huge opportunity to build on already strong foundations to expand the team and to develop the work we do to support charities, schools, membership bodies, universities, trade unions and other NFP organisations across a broad spectrum of areas.”
