The firm described Caffrey as a “very experienced” tax lawyer who advises international and domestic clients on tax planning and structuring across sectors such as healthcare and life sciences, energy, technology, real estate and international trade.
In addition, she advises financial institutions, private equity and investment management firms on tax matters relevant to structuring transactions, including investment funds, structured finance and securitisation transactions.
Caffrey currently sits on the tax committees of the Law Society of Ireland, the Irish Debt Securities Association and Irish Funds. She is also recognised for her work in Chambers Europe and Legal 500.
