Accountancy and business advisory firm Wilkins Kennedy has announced the appointment of Heather Williams as tax partner.

Williams, who is a chartered accountant and chartered tax advisor specialising in procuring research and development claims.

She has spent over 30 years advising entrepreneurial businesses, including 10 years working as the finance director for a multi-national retail practice, during which time they expanded successfully into over 45 countries.

She joined Wilkins Kennedy from Mazars UK where she held the position of tax partner. She has also held senior positions at Princecroft Willis Limited. 

Williams also held the position of tax senior manager at ‘Big Four’ accounting firm KPMG as well as tax partner designate at EY.
