Financial services company Fintel has announced the appointment of EY as its new independent auditor with immediate effect.
The board said it has approved the appointment of EY as the company’s auditor for the financial year ended 31 December 2021.
The re-appointment of EY for the financial year ending 31 December 2022 will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next annual general meeting.
EY replaces the company’s previous auditor, KPMG, who has reportedly deposited a statement confirming that there are” no matters” to be brought to the attention of the company’s members or creditors.
