Haysmacintyre has announced the promotion of Jake Pearlman to the role of director in its property team.

It revealed Pearlman joined the company as a trainee in 2013 before specialising in the firm’s property sector.

With clients ranging from property developers and owners to real estate investors, the firm has said Pearlman provides guidance on a “variety” of services including audit, structuring, and financial transactions.

According to Haysmacintyre, Pearlman was appointed to co-lead the firm’s property sector in 2019 and has implemented new initiatives to help “diversify” the firm’s expertise and grow the sector.

The firm has said Pearlman is an “active contributor” within the property community, regularly attending industry events, such as Qandor and the London Real Estate Forum, and also writes articles on topical issues within the sector.

Jeremy Beard, managing partner at Haysmacintyre, said: “We’re very pleased to be promoting Jake to director. Since joining the firm eight years ago, Jake has delivered brilliant work across a range of client engagements. We’re all looking forward to working closely with Jake as we continue to build on the firm’s success into 2022 and beyond.”

Pearlman added: “I’m delighted to be appointed director at Haysmacintyre, joining a fantastic leadership team in the process. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time at the firm since joining as a trainee.”
