Haysmacintyre has announced the promotion of Emma Maile to partner in its hospitality team.
Having trained and qualified at the firm, Maile established a client base ranging from scale-up businesses within the food and drink space, to restaurant, bar and hotel groups.

As well as acting as audit principal on compliance engagements, she also advises her clients on financial transactions, managing due diligence, cashflow forecasting and restructuring projects.

She said: “Haysmacintyre has been a fantastic firm to train and progress within and I am thrilled to have been promoted to partner.

“Despite the challenges the sector has faced over the last 18 months, there is now a sense of optimism and I look forward to working with clients as they strategise and look to seize new opportunities.”

Jeremy Beard, managing partner at Haysmacintyre, added: “We are delighted to welcome Emma to the partnership, a recognition of her outstanding performance at the firm over the last ten years.
