Tilney Smith and Williamson has announced the appointment of Pranav Nadkarni as a director at the group’s advisory consulting practice.

Nadkarni provides the role with over a decade of experience advising multinational corporates and private equity funds across a range of areas.

He joins the group from a position as associate director at Deloitte, where he advised clients of M&A transactions covering due diligence, synergy plans, and post-deal strategies.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Nadkarni worked across the advisory and transaction teams at fellow Big Four firm EY.

He said: “I am excited to join and help grow the advisory consulting practice at Tilney Smith & Williamson to support businesses navigate the current volatile environment and assist in sustainable operational transformation.”
