Interpath has been appointed administrator of Leaseco 23 Limited, formerly Leeds Dock Limited, which owns a portfolio of commercial property interests at Leeds Dock.

Rick Harrison and Steve Absolom, managing directors at Interpath, were appointed joint administrators on 17 December 2025.

The company holds leasehold interests in 24 ground-floor commercial units at Leeds Dock, a mixed-use development on the outskirts of Leeds city centre.

It also has an economic interest in two buildings at the site, Livingstone House and Stanley House, and owns the Malthouse, a recently renovated freehold property adjoining the Leeds Dock perimeter.

The residential units at Leeds Dock are not affected by the administration of Leaseco 23 Limited.

Harrison, managing director at Interpath and joint administrator, said:  “Leeds Dock has grown to become one of Leeds’ most vibrant leisure, commercial and residential districts, and in particular, as a hub for companies in the media, technology and the creative industries.”

“Over the coming weeks and months, we will be working closely with our appointed property managers, as well as other key stakeholders, to ensure continuity in the operation and management of the numerous commercial units, while we assess options to bring the asset to market. We are aware that the freehold for Zones 2 and 3 at Leeds Dock site is also currently being marketed for sale separately, and as such, there may be an opportunity for potential investors to acquire both the freehold and leasehold interests on the site.”
