Kreston Global has announced that Andrew Griggs has now formally stepped into his role as chairman of the network’s board, in addition to his current role as senior partner at Kreston Reeves.

With almost four decades of experience in professional services and a deep commitment to international collaboration, Griggs brings a wealth of insight, strategic vision, and a strong emphasis on values-led leadership to the role.

He has been engaged with the Kreston network for over 25 years and was elected to the board in October 2017.

Griggs said: “The world is complex and shaped by global events, and our membership of Kreston Global helps our clients navigate international growth. It is a privilege to serve as chairman of the Kreston Global Board, working closely with the chief executive Liza Robbins, chair emeritus Rich Howard, and the board, to ensure the network’s direction and strategy meets the needs and aspirations of the network and its members.

“I am excited to work with our talented member firms to build on our shared strengths and continue delivering exceptional value to our clients worldwide. Together, we will embrace the opportunities of a rapidly evolving global landscape.”

Richard Spofforth, managing partner at Kreston Reeves, added: “Andrew’s appointment reflects the confidence placed in him by his peers and the board, and it underscores the growing influence of Kreston Reeves within the global accounting and advisory community.

“His leadership is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing Kreston Global’s strategic priorities, including business sustainability, digital transformation, and talent development. We congratulate Andrew on this important step and look forward to the positive impact his leadership will bring to the network and its clients.”

Kreston Global is a network of over 150 independent accountancy firms operating across more than 100 countries.
