Sumer Group member firm, Jerroms, has announced the acquisition of Leigh Christou, expanding its regional presence in the Midlands.

The partnership adds new offices in Coventry and Leamington Spa to the existing Jerroms locations in Solihull and Halesowen. Both firms focus on providing financial advice and strategic support to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Leigh Christou has operated for more than four decades, specialising in accounting, auditing, taxation and forensic accounting.

Catherine Markou, client director at Jerroms, said: “We are delighted to welcome Leigh Christou to Jerroms. Their strong reputation, deep roots in the local business community and commitment to exceptional client service align perfectly with our own values.

“This partnership strengthens our presence across the Midlands and enhances our ability to deliver high quality advice and support, while maintaining the trusted relationships and support our clients expect.”

Chris Christou, partner at Leigh Christou, added: “Joining Jerroms marks an exciting new chapter for Leigh Christou. Our clients will continue to work with the same team they know and trust, but with the added benefit of access to a wider range of services and specialist expertise.

“We are proud to be joining a firm that shares our dedication to supporting SMEs and helping them grow.”
