Crowe has launched a new Digital and Alliances service designed to help clients enhance their digital strategies, improve operational efficiency and drive sustainable growth.
According to the national firm, its new offering will provide technology-led solutions to help businesses address key challenges and identify opportunities for innovation and expansion. The service will focus on streamlining operations, providing real-time insights and supporting financial performance improvement.
Crowe’s Digital and Alliances team will advise on clients’ digital roadmaps, manage and deploy enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and provide ongoing support to ensure alignment with wider business objectives.
The service is led by consulting partner James Hewitt, who joined the firm in June 2025. Hewitt has advised a range of clients on digital transformation strategies, particularly in ERP implementation and adoption of strategic digital tools.
Hewitt said: “Many businesses face a disconnect between their growth ambitions and their digital investments, often resulting in missed opportunities for operational efficiency. That’s why we’re excited to enhance how we support our clients in maximising their digital strategies – helping them to leverage solutions that enable smarter decision-making, better risk management and accelerated growth.
“With deep expertise across our firm and global network, Crowe is uniquely positioned to deliver tailored solutions that address our clients’ specific goals and challenges.”
Nigel Bostock, chief executive of Crowe UK, added: “In today’s fast-evolving business landscape, aligning digital strategies with wider business goals is arguably more critical than ever for achieving long-term, sustainable growth. This new service, combined with James’ expertise, positions Crowe to support clients – from early start-ups to large enterprises – through every stage of their digital transformation journey.”
