Accountancy firm Milsted Langdon has taken on eight new trainees across its offices in Bath, Bristol and Taunton as part of its commitment to developing local talent.

Trainees Max Burge and Jordan Goodwin have joined the accountancy team in Bath. The Bristol office has welcomed Joe Redgers, Jaroslava Malinova, Owen Dyer and Bryn Powell, while Josh Lowrie and Charlie Hunt have joined the team in Taunton.

All eight recruits joined during 2025 and will work towards professional qualifications with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ACA) or the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT).

The trainees will work alongside Milsted Langdon’s experienced accountants to develop technical and client service skills while gaining practical experience.

People partner Rachel Hotham said: “We’d like to offer a very warm welcome to our trainees and wish them all the best in their journey with us. It’s very exciting to welcome new talent and fresh ideas into the Milsted Langdon team, and they will play their part in supporting our brilliant teams across our offices and ensuring our clients receive the outstanding service they deserve.

“The introduction of new trainees reaffirms our commitment to nurturing the very best new accountants and supports our sustainable growth goals and continued high professional standards. Our foundations are built on training the very best, with many of our partners and managerial team having been on a similar journey as our current trainees.”

She added: “We are thrilled that our newest team members have chosen to start their career with us, and we will support them throughout their time with us, providing a comfortable and encouraging learning environment that gives them the tools to grow and develop into the very best they can be.”
