Advisory firm BKL has opened a new office in Cardiff, extending its presence beyond London and enabling clients in Wales to access its tax and estate planning services in person.
The office, located at 1 Capital Quarter, Tyndall Street, will support individuals, families, businesses and trustees across the region.
It will be led by Ryan Bevan, head of inheritance tax (IHT), trusts and estates.
BKL said the expansion reflects the firm’s commitment to “building closer local relationships and providing direct access to its tax and trust specialists”.
Bevan said: “With our new Cardiff office, it’s great to be supporting clients face to face in my hometown, and to be working in person with colleagues there. I’m looking forward to welcoming clients and other advisers to our new office.”
Lee Brook, chief executive, added: “Having grown up in Wales, it was a pleasure to be back there to open BKL’s newest office! Emma Brown, our head of Tax Operations, joined me alongside our Cardiff-based colleagues Ryan, Louisa Ham and Luke Jennings.
“The expertise of our IHT, trusts and estates team – and our wider expertise – will now be available to Cardiff clients in person,” he said. “I’m excited to see Ryan and the team grow our support across the region.”
