Price Bailey has announced five senior-level promotions making a total of 122 promotions at the company throughout 2025.
The company has appointed Ben Harper from its business team and Thomas Birch in marketing as two new directors. Harper joined Price Bailey in 2023 as a senior manager in the parks and Leisure team, bringing 24 years’ experience in audit and accounts, including over a decade managing teams of accounting professionals.
Meanwhile, Birch joined Price Bailey at the end of 2018 as digital marketing manager, bringing experience from the financial services sector.
In addition, three senior managers have been promoted; Dan Gammon who provides corporate finance services to clients in the parks team along with James Hart, and Ian Phillips both within the audit and assurance team.
Gammon joined the company in 2004, qualifying in 2008. After two years in corporate finance in the City office, he transferred to the parks and leisure team in 2013.
Phillips joined Price Bailey on the graduate scheme in 2013 after studying Maths and Statistics at the University of Warwick, qualifying as ACA in 2016, while Hart started at Price Bailey in 2017 on the Stepstone graduate programme, after studying a degree in accounting and finance.
