FRP appoints new director to its interim service team

FRP has appointed Lincoln Coutts as director within FRP Transition, its specialist interim management service, in a move aimed at strengthening its offering during periods of organisational change.

Coutts brings more than 20 years’ experience in executive career transition programmes, working with businesses ranging from start-ups to FTSE 100, 250, AIM and Fortune 500 firms across sectors including professional services, technology and fast-moving consumer goods.

He previously partnered with the Interim Management Association and has lectured on careers and technology at business schools across Europe, including the University of Cambridge, London Business School, Bayes Business School, the University of Oxford and the London School of Economics.

At FRP, he will work alongside director Susan Moor to expand the range of services provided through Transition, which sources senior interim managers for businesses undergoing change.

FRP Transition retained its position in the top 40 of the Institute of Interim Management’s annual survey, which is based on interim managers’ views and regarded as a key benchmark for the industry.

The hire follows FRP’s acquisition of One Advisory Group, which added governance services to its portfolio. 

The acquisition was the firm’s 14th since listing on the stock exchange in March 2020 and forms part of a strategy to grow both organically and through acquisitions.
