The group delivers compliant solutions to support the full lifespan of buildings nationwide – all through a single provider. It said that DAB Lift and Electrical Services Limited will further enhance Andwis’ M&E division, offering lift maintenance and repair services.

David Brown, founder of DAB Lifts, said: “Joining forces with Andwis is an exciting new chapter for DAB Lifts. We’ve found a partner that shares our values, brings added value for our clients, and creates new opportunities for our team to grow and thrive.”

Lindsay Harvey, NED and chairman of the Andwis Lift and Entrance Division, added: “We are delighted to welcome DAB into our family. By working together, we see huge potential to elevate service standards and expand our reach across London and beyond.”

Brad McAvoy, who led the team at James Cowper Kreston Corporate Finance, said: “We are delighted to have supported Andwis Group on yet another transaction. The acquisition of DAB Lift and Electrical Services Limited enhances their industry-leading technical and compliance offering and will undoubtedly unlock new markets for clients both across the UK and internationally.”
