Moore Kingston Smith, the multi-disciplinary advisory, tax and audit firm, has made a series of new partner and director promotions alongside key leadership appointments.

It also confirmed the appointment of Adam Fullerton as a nonprofit partner. Finally, Paul Springfield has been named a partner based in the Romford office. He has over 25 years’ experience in general practice and specialises in audit and advisory services for owner-managed businesses and international groups, as well as contributing to the firm’s nonprofit team.

In April, the firm welcomed Rhea Lucia-Hennis as a partner and head of Tax Operations. In her role, Lucia-Hennis leads strategic initiatives that support the growth and alignment of the firm’s diverse tax teams, further enabling them to consistently deliver high quality client service.

The firm has also announced the following director promotions: Jennifer Pearson in General Practice, and Jared Goodrich and Jonny Blain in Digital Transformation, recognising their “outstanding” leadership and role in driving the firm’s success.

In further leadership developments, Anjali Kothari has been named head of Nonprofit. She takes over the role from Neil Finlayson who is moving into a new position as head of Donor Funded Services.

Matt Meadows, managing partner of Moore Kingston Smith, said: “We’re proudly congratulating our colleagues as they step into their new, hard-earned roles. Their appointments reflect the strength of talent we have across the business, and our ongoing commitment to investing in our people who bring so much value to our clients and our firm.

“It’s fantastic to welcome Rhea. Her strong operational leadership will support our colleagues in doing their best work, with the right tools, always with our clients’ needs front of mind and helping the tax team continue the exceptional service they’re known for.”
