Old Mill promotes Willem Puddy to partner

Old Mill has announced that it has promoted Willem Puddy to partner in the firm’s Rural team.

Since joining Old Mill in 2018, Puddy has demonstrated “outstanding technical expertise, a strong drive, and an innate ability to build trusted relationships with clients”, achieving his promotion in record time.

A chartered accountant and adviser with a degree in Business Management, he has played a key role in driving the growth of Old Mill’s Rural team.

Old Mill stated that it takes pride in recognising ability and readiness over traditional promotion pathways with Puddy’s appointment reflecting a commitment to developing talent based on expertise and impact rather than waiting for roles to become available.
