Xeinadin has announced the acquisition of Landmark Accountants, expanding its presence in Watford and taking its total number of acquisitions to over 30 in the past two years.

As part of Xeinadin, Landmark will continue to service small-to-medium sized enterprises in Watford and the surrounding areas.

Landmark is highly experienced at advising a diverse range of businesses including specialist sectors such as real estate, construction, the creative industries and charities.

The expansion brings an additional 28 staff to Xeinadin’s operations in Hertfordshire, who will continue to deliver valuable and practical solutions to their clients.

Clive Wilson, director Landmark Accountants, said: “It’s clear that we share a vision and ethos with Xeinadin, focused on locally forged and trusted relationships. Now, joined with this fast-growing international firm, all of us at Landmark are excited about a future building on, and enhancing, the range of services provided to SME businesses in Watford and surrounding areas. This is a significant, you might even say “Landmark”moment in our continuing journey.”

Derry Crowley, Xeinadi CEO, added: “Watford is a growing business and entrepreneurial hub, and bringing Landmark into Xeinadin strengthens our support for the local economy in Hertfordshire.

“With a joint focus on empowering small businesses to thrive through tailored business advice and solutions, partnering with Landmark was a natural fit. In what continues to be a challenging economic environment particularly for small business owners, I look forward to working with Clive and the team to drive success for local businesses.”

Xeinadin now has more than 135 offices and over 2,500 staff employed across nine regional hubs in the UK and Ireland.
