UHY Hacker Young has unveiled its new brand identity, which is part of the UHY International network’s global brand refresh.

Under the new identity, UHY firms in the UK and worldwide will adopt the single UHY name as their brand logo, with the aim of “strengthening the power” of the brand across the globe.

UHY Hacker Young now comprises over 900 members of staff that work across 20 offices nationally.

Meanwhile, the UHY International network now covers 96 countries, employs more than 9,700 professionals and is the world’s 19th largest international accountancy network.

The new brand identity – including a bold new green colour scheme and logo – has been described as “a major departure both from UHY Hacker Young’s previous branding and from the traditional branding that is common in the accountancy profession”.

Colin Wright, chairman of the UHY Hacker Young Group UK, said: “In this rebrand we were keen to avoid the standard blue colour scheme used by the majority of accountancy firms. The vibrant greens now truly reflect strength, prosperity and appetite for growth – not just of UHY Hacker Young but of our clients too.”

“We’re proud to have built such a strong UK group where all our member firms are committed to being people-first, and driven by our purpose of helping you prosper. That applies across all that we do for our teams, our clients and our local communities.”

He added: “We believe our independent group structure is what allows us to focus on providing the best possible service for our clients. That is supported by national resource and technical specialists, plus a solid portfolio of real sector specialism and insight.”
