Worcestershire-based Ballards LLP has welcomed a new cohort of graduates who will join various teams including business services, accounts and audit, and corporate tax.
The graduates have been matched with their respective team based on each of their academic backgrounds and career aspirations.
In their new roles, they will partake in a “structured and comprehensive” training programme that combines hands-on experience with professional development, ensuring they are well-prepared to provide exceptional service to Ballards LLP’s diverse clientele.
This latest intake of graduates comes as the firm has expanded with a new office in Waterside, located in Worcester’s Diglis Basin.
