Bishop Fleming has announced its latest round of promotions as the firm continues to grow across the West Midlands and South West.
In addition to appointing Freya Ronayne as audit director, the firm has announced nearly 30 other senior manager, manager, and assistant manager roles across its four service lines as well as a larger group of junior promotions.
The promotions demonstrate Bishop Fleming’s continued growth, having recorded another “successful” financial year of double-digit growth with revenue reaching over £43.1m in 2024.
Additionally, the promotions come as the firm celebrates the success of winning all four awards that it was shortlisted for, at the recent Accounting Excellence Awards in London.
The newly crowned Large Accounting Firm of the Year 2024 also picked up Large Employer of the Year, Best Client Service and Pride – EGS award for its responsible business journey.
Ronayne said: “I am thrilled to progress into a director role at such an exciting time, as the Firm continues to invest in its ambitious firmwide growth strategy.
“Since joining as a school leaver trainee, the firm has proactively invested time and effort in developing me and the wider team, and reaching this milestone in my career is a testament to the Firm’s ongoing commitment to our school leaver training programme. I look forward to continuing to work with and support my clients, colleagues, and contacts.”
Joe Scaife, head of Audit, added: “On behalf of our partnership, I congratulate Freya on her promotion to Audit director as well as all the other promotions across our large audit team.
“We have delivered audit growth of between 23-30% in each of the last three years, totalling almost 100% and we’re well on track for similar results this year too. This round of promotions – together with our record-breaking number of apprentices that joined in September will support that ongoing growth drive.”
