RBK Chartered Accountants has announced the appointment of three new associate partners, bringing the firm’s leadership team to 20 partners.

The newly promoted individuals are Sinéad McMahon as associate tax partner, Charlene McCrossan as audit and business advisory associate partner and Michael Moriarty as client services associate partner.

McMahon is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and an AITI chartered tax advisor. She advises an extensive portfolio of personal and corporate clients on incorporation, reorganisations, due diligence, VAT and succession planning.

McMahon’s clients also include a number of international groups who she advises as they expand into Ireland or overseas on corporate tax and VAT matters as well as payroll advice for inbound/outbound employees and directors.

Meanwhile, McCrossan is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. She provides audit, accounting and advisory services to a broad range of Irish and International owner managed businesses across a broad range of services and has been particularly active in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail, leisure and regulated sectors.

McCrossan has significant experience in FRS 102, consolidation of large groups with international operations and reviewing of accounting systems and internal controls.

Additionally, Moriarty, a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, has more than 20 years’ experience in both practice and industry roles.

He works with clients across a broad range of industry sectors with particular accounting and commercial expertise in hotels, construction / property and manufacturing sectors.

Moriarty advises on accounting, auditing, tax compliance, financial management and statutory compliance matters for medium and large sized owner-managed businesses.
