Forvis Mazars has announced the appointment of Ryan Crilley as an audit partner based across its Glasgow and Edinburgh offices.

Crilley will work with privately owned businesses, navigating clients through the complexities of financial reporting and regulatory compliance.

He joins from Johnston Carmichael, where he was an audit director and worked with privately owned businesses across a variety of industries.

Before this, he was a finance manager at Gallagher and also spent over seven years at EY.

Craig Maxwell, Glasgow office managing partner at Forvis Mazars, said: “We are delighted to welcome Ryan into our growing team in Scotland. His extensive audit and assurance experience, developed over a number of years, will prove a valuable addition to our team. His knowledge and expertise of businesses and the market in Scotland will play a key role in serving existing and new clients as we continue to grow our practice.”
