RSM has recently relocated its office to The Ewart, a building originally constructed as a linen warehouse, on Bedford Street in Belfast.
The Grade B listed building has been restored and extended to provide office accommodation connected to main transport hubs, hospitality and retail businesses, and conference centres.
The Ewart offers 210,000 square feet of flexible, sustainable and dynamic office space, with RSM occupying the building alongside other professional services, financial and technology firms.
The RSM team in Belfast has seen “significant” growth in recent years, investing in its people and new trainees to support clients across Northern Ireland, the UK and internationally. The move will support the firm’s hybrid working capability and facilitate its future growth plans.
Richard Gardiner, RSM’s office managing partner in Belfast, said: “Our move to The Ewart demonstrates RSM’s commitment to Belfast, the expansion of our business and our investment in the local and UK economy. It also reflects our strong national presence and capability to support local talent across our UK-wide network of offices, which enables us to deliver a premium and personalised service to our clients and also provide a great space for our staff to thrive in.
“Our new open plan office is modern, high tech and is conducive towards our hybrid working model, encouraging better communication and collaboration between our teams and the range of clients we advise locally, nationally and internationally.”
