WR Partners has announced the acquisition of Shrewsbury-based Caerwyn Jones Chartered Accountants, which represents a “significant” milestone for the firm. 

Headquartered in Shropshire and with offices across Mid-Wales, Wrexham and Cheshire, WR Partners profives a portfolio of over 6,500 clients with accounting, audit, business advisory and tax advice.  

The acquisition of Caerwyn Jones will further strengthen WR Partners’ presence in Shropshire and Mid-Wales, which aligns with its growth strategy. 

According to the firm, staff joining from Caerwyn Jones will ensure continuity for the Shrewsbury firm’s clients. 

The acquisition has taken WR Partners’ team headcount to around 250 employees.
