Buzzacott’s transaction services team has advised Rose Street Partners on its acquisition of Fuelsoft by providing financial and tax due diligence along with transaction advisory services.
The financial due diligence and transaction advisory team was made up of George Thresh, Alex Judd and Gohar Niven.
Meanwhile, the tax due diligence team was made up of Tony Dillow and Anais Lienhart Ortega.
Fuelsoft is a provider of ERP software for bulk fuel distributors and fuel card agents. The group delivers a “mission-critical” product to customers, many of whom have been with the company for decades.
Rose Street is a long term investor who looks to provide a permanent home for enduring businesses in the UK.
So far, it has raised a committed pool of permanent capital from founders, CEOs and investors across the globe to enable it to hold businesses forever, rather than buying them to sell after a few years.
Dan Skyte, CEO of Rose Street, said: “I’ve been really impressed by George. Super hard-working and responsive, very commercial and both sellers have independently commented on both his thoroughness but also his friendliness at the same time.
“I have decided to use Buzzacott again based on the quality of work.”
