Price Bailey announces five senior management promotions

Price Bailey has recently announced five senior management promotions, with four new directors and one new senior manager.

Sarah Howarth, Simon Rowley, Stella Athanasiadou and Stephan Schmitt are promoted to directors, while Janice Clapson will become senior manager.

Howarth joined the firm’s corporate team in 2019, bringing with her corporate and international expertise. Rowley, who joined the same team in 2014, had experience in audit and assurance, with particular sector specialisms in not-for-profit, logistics, manufacturing and technology. 

Meanwhile, Athanasiadou joined the firm’s StepStone Graduate programme in 2015 and became a senior manager in 2022 working across a diverse portfolio of clients. 

Schmitt joined in 2017 as a corporate auditor and has played a role in introducing technology across the practice. 

Additionally, Clapson also joined in 2017, assisting the executive board, working as a regulatory facilitator for the firm’s Dubai office, while also managing events and providing representation on regional and international business development for the firm.
