Accounting and contracting firm Sapphire has partnered with Alliance Investments, a subsidiary of Property Alliance Group, as part of its drive to expand its services offering and increase the investment opportunities available to clients.
Stockport-based Sapphire, which serves a client base across the north west, has chosen to partner with Alliance Investments due to its strong presence in the region and its “unrivalled” knowledge of the Manchester property market.
As part of the partnership, the firm’s accounting clients will have access to expert property investment advice and Alliance’s broad portfolio, which ranges from luxury apartments, boutique developments and city centre skyscrapers.
The partnership will bolster the firm’s existing offering in the property sector, which includes bespoke tax planning advice and existing commercial partnerships with mortgage brokerages.
Loui Aylward, head of commercial partnerships at Sapphire, said: “We are immensely pleased to partner with Alliance Investments, a respected and revered market leader, and an invaluable addition to our unparalleled service offering.
“With its impressive track record here in Manchester, coupled with its extensive knowledge of the property sector as a whole, we know Alliance Investments are the best in the business. And our clients know we will work with them every step of the way on their property investment journey.”
Arik Agamian, global investment director at Alliance Investments, added: “We are committed to supporting businesses and investors in the north west area, so we are immensely pleased to have the opportunity to work closely with Sapphire’s clientele now and into the future.
“Our broad and diverse property portfolio has something for everyone. And as the Manchester building sector continues to boom, we are confident our properties will be a welcome addition to the investment portfolios of Sapphire’s clients.”
The launch of this partnership follows Sapphire’s transition to employee ownership, and amid an active expansion across the north west.
