Dains acquires HSKS Greenhalgh

Dains has announced that it has acquired East Midlands accounting firm HSKS Greenhalgh (HSKSG).

HSKSG’s business has grown consistently in recent years, buoyed by a commitment to the use of technology, alongside high-quality personal and tailored relationships.

HSKSG is a chartered accounting firm with offices in Derby, Nottingham and Uttoxeter.

Dains was advised in the transaction by Dow Schofield Watts, Forward Corporate Finance, and CMS while HSKSG was advised by Actons Solicitors.
