EY has appointed Prakash Hariharan, Lynette Gracias and Venkatesh Subramoniam as partners to its UK Managed Services team.

EY Managed Services helps clients “unlock value through head office functions”, including tax, risk, compliance and finance, by combining experience, talent and technology with a global delivery model.

Hariharan joins from Genpact where he was the senior vice president, CFO Consulting and Advisory. He led the firm’s global finance transformation business, overseeing consulting, digital and analytics, and was also responsible for developing partnerships, M&A, managing analysts and advisor relations. He has also scaled up service lines, designing and implementing large transformative programs for clients.

Meanwhile, Gracias also joins from Genpact where she was global relationship manager – vice president. She has a track record of working with clients across a variety of sectors helping them to accelerate business value through transformation programmes leveraging technology, automation and process improvements.

Finally, Subramoniam joins from Infosys where, as assistant vice president, Client Services he led a portfolio of businesses within the Consumer Packaged Goods and Retail sectors across Europe. He has overseen large scale digital transformation programs, setting up end to end IT operations, business turnaround planning and execution for strategic clients.

In their new roles, the trio will be working with clients to support their growth and innovation goals through EY’s Managed and Operate Services.

Ross Ashbourn, EY UK&I Managed Services leader, said: “I’m pleased to welcome Prakash, Lynette and Venkatesh to the growing Managed Services team. For many businesses, the increasing volume and complexity of head office activities are slowing down growth and distracting leaders from building better businesses.

“In response to market demand, we are expanding the team and helping our clients concentrate on what matters most – growing their business.”

Benoit Laclau, EY UK&I managing partner for Consulting, added: “We’ve seen strong levels of demand for services that help clients to reduce their administrative burden by implementing new integrated technologies and digital infrastructure.

“Prakash, Lynette and Venkatesh bring specialist knowledge and experience in this field, will further strengthen our Consulting capabilities and continues our commitment to our clients, our people and EY’s long-term growth ambitions.”

Vivek Nijhon, EY EMEIA Managed Services leader, concluded: “We’re excited to have Prakash, Lynette and Venkatesh on board. Their appointments will help us further execute our strategy to support our clients solve their biggest issues, help them transform their businesses and deliver long-term value.”
