K3 Advisory appoints new partner

Independent bulk annuity and consolidator advisory to the pension market, K3 Advisory, has announced the appointment of Andrea Mendham to the role of partner. 

Mendham joins the firm from Just Group where she was involved in all aspects of bulk annuity transactions, leading relationships with professional trustees, and the buy-in to buyout transaction team. 

Prior to that, she was with the Pension Protection Fund. She qualified at the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries as a fellow in 2011. 

In her role as partner, Mendham will be responsible for enhancing and evolving the firm’s holistic services, and taking the lead with its solutions for schemes moving through the buy-in phase for the transaction to ultimate buy-out. She will also manage relationships with insurers, reinsurers, business partners and trustees.
