Sandip and Nilam Patel have purchased Gary and Bridget Perrens’ franchise, TaxAssist Accountants.
Gary and Bridget Perrens were franchisees of the firm for 10 years.
Sandip Patel has 23 years of experience working in accounting practices and is a trained ACCA accountant.
He has also owned and run his own accountancy practice for the past 14 years.
Gary Perrens said: “It’s been a very rewarding time in our lives and we’re very glad to have come across the TaxAssist franchise opportunity when we did.
“It enabled us to meet some lovely people, build a substantial business and now move onto a new phase in our lives, after supporting Sandip and Nilam over the next few months for a handover period. My thanks go to our staff and the TaxAssist support centre for all they have done to assist us over the last 10 years.”
Sandip Patel added: “I was looking to grow my existing business further, so when I learnt that Gary’s practice was for sale, I knew that with my experience and expertise this was an opportunity not to be missed.
