RSM UK has advised Seat Unique on its cross-border acquisition of P1 Travel to help expand the ticketing and hospitality platform’s presence in Europe.
The audit, tax and consulting service said the acquisition largely increases Seat Unique’s right holders network and serves as a solid jumping off point for its ongoing growth in the premium live experience market.
At the firm, the acquisition process was headed by Sam Dalziel in financial due diligence, James Atkinson in M&A, and Chris Etherington in tax, together with Grace Cox, William Jervis, Akshay Raghunathan and Camilla Taylor.
RSM Netherlands delivered Dutch tax diligence support for the most recent transaction.
Seat Unique was additionally advised by national law firm Clarion and Netherlands legal service provider Ploum.
This news comes after RSM advised Seat Unique on the acquisition of Circuit Hospitality in October 2025, making it the second significant transaction that RSM has advised Seat Unique on in the past six months.
Seat Unique is an official ticketing and hospitality platform offering customers access to live experiences across sport, music and entertainment working directly with clubs, venues and promoters.
P1 Travel is a provider of official tickets and hospitality packages for major sporting events worldwide, specialising in the European sports market, particularly football and Formula 1.
