S&W has appointed Marcus Peaker as practice leader for executive compensation within its business tax employee solutions team.
Peaker joins the firm with more than 20 years of experience in executive remuneration. He previously served as head of PwC’s executive compensation skills group, where he advised a portfolio of FTSE-listed clients on the design and implementation of cash and share-based incentive schemes.
His experience includes advising remuneration committees on cross-border jurisdictions, shareholder engagement, and pre-IPO challenges.
Peaker has supported boards across the UK, US, Australia, and South Africa, working with organisations including Ocado, The Berkeley Group, and Watches of Switzerland.
At S&W, Peaker will lead the executive compensation practice, focusing on developing incentive structures aligned with long-term value creation and corporate governance requirements.
